Now the company is hiring a different contractor to reseal the window , pressure wash the stucco outside, and caulk and paint baseboards. I asked multiple times to get this addressed and I was told the same thing -- my responsibility. Furthermore, my back door does not have a blind or any type of covering on it. There are several houses that sit at lower and higher levels that can see through the back door window at night. I put in a request for a blind or covering and was told since it was a back door that it was not necessary but I could gladly put a blind on if I wanted. We purchased a new washing machine and had it installed on October 15th as well. As instructed, we immediately created a service ticket through American Homes 4 Rents website, and were advised it would take a couple of days to find a plumber to complete the repair. As of November 22nd, the leak has not been repaired, and we remain without the use of a washing machine.
