The mold company that came out confirmed extensive moisture present and damage in three rooms, the garage and the ceiling. Now the company is hiring a different contractor to reseal the window , pressure wash the stucco outside, and caulk and paint baseboards. We have a 5 year old who has been sick with multiple unexplainable respiratory issues since last December. He is currently Ill with bronchitis and not getting better. This worsened when the mold was fully exposed Monday due to inspections. These people have no intentions of fixing the issue and getting rid of the mold.

Our master bedroom window area inside began caving and crumbling in august. No one even bothered to contact me or to do anything until I sent an email after attempting to reach them multiple times by phone and through the service portal for months. The mold is excessively bad, the other rooms have water damage all the drywall and baseboards from likely foundation issues according to a contractor they send out, and the ceiling fixtures are also growing mold.

I asked multiple times to get this addressed and I was told the same thing -- my responsibility. Furthermore, my back door does not have a blind or any type of covering on it. There are several houses that sit at lower and higher levels that can see through the back door window at night. I put in a request for a blind or covering and was told since it was a back door that it was not necessary but I could gladly put a blind on if I wanted.
